CSS has been wonderful asset to our home as well as to our family’s peace of mind. When we moved into our new home, we knew we wanted both a home security system and a sound system.

It was important to us that our home security did not rely on a land line. Also, we wanted to be able to control our system remotely with our smart phones. CSS provides that – easily and seamlessly. Whenever our alarm has been triggered, we receive a prompt call to ensure our safety, along with a phone alert and email. The customer service provided from the call center is unprecedented at any hour. CSS has been able to cater to our personal needs even after the initial installation; changing the sound frequencies of glass breaks as needed and changing primary/secondary contact phone numbers on our account.

For our sound, we chose to go with the SONOS sound system and we couldn’t be happier! We love having our sound connected with our wireless technology and smart phones. For such a small footprint in our home, the sound is amazing. SONOS connects to our smart phones and iPad with all our favorite music apps – iTunes, Rhapsody, Pandora, Amazon, Google Music and Beats Music. Again, the service CSS provided in their recommendation and installation of this product was top of the line.
