In 1984, when Johnny Tipps founded CSS Alarms & Services, he did so with the goal of helping Tennesseans protect their loved ones, homes and businesses while offering an unprecedented level of customer support. He was able to attain these aims by constantly exceeding client’s expectations. CSS Alarms is now the embodiment of those founding aspirations. And as many of our long-standing clients can attest, the Johnny Tipps brand of customer service is still being carried out today. We believe that by listening to the individual needs of our clients and offering customized solutions, we continue this tradition in all aspects of the services we provide.
