I have been with CSS now for over 4 years and they are amazing!  Justin came out to survey the house and made suggestions and recommendations for what was best for our layout.  His technicians were there within just a few days to install.  The technicians arrived on time and were professional and courteous.  Before leaving, they gave me an overview of how to work the alarm – I even get a text message anytime my alarm is armed/disarmed so I know if someone has entered/left my home.  My favorite thing about CSS is that I can call their headquarters, which is here in Nashville, and immediately speak with a live person.  Their customer service has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
